A wild river appears on a mountainous background, winding through the pines.  In the water you can see a woman and a child,  a dog is barking at the sky.  There are so many shadows in the forest and colourful clouds in the sky. This scene is a passage to a peaceful land, with fresh air & summery winds.

Canadian artist, Eric Deshaies work with an acrylic base combined with matte & shiny along with aqua-dispersions pigment.
He uses a methodical dripping technique, spatula and brush applications; also he throws paint on the canvas with speed & velocity from many angles, to create organic forms shapes & textures.

The painting is framed in black pine wood, crafted by the artist.
A rustic barn wood look, the frame is tinted with black diluted pigment,
sanded for the final antique look.
